Yarn Along Time

I am so excited to be able to show and tell you that I finished the "Little Dudes" sweaters.   I so wanted to have them finished a couple of months ago when they were here, I just didn't anticipated how tired I would be trying to keep up with two toddlers.  They turned out so cute, I just hope they can wear them some. It is a pattern that can be made for infants to adults and I planned to make them again sometime in the future for the "little dudes".  I'm now working on crocheted eggs and chicks to give the boys for Easter.  They are the cutest little thing. Besides being fitting for Easter, they can continue to play with them in other ways. They can match the color chicks to the eggshell, learn the color's name and toss them around like balls   I'm making them in all the primary colors and it just takes scraps of leftover skeins.  I found the pattern on pinterest but here is the link to the website  http://redhotf

Sunday Stitching

I spent part of my Sunday making fabric Easter Eggs I had been looking on Pinterest awhile back and came across a pin for these cute fabric eggs and thought what a great way to use up some scrap. I am using up some of my 30's scraps, mainly because the 30's club is coming up this week and they will make cute decorations and great small gift for everyone. If you would like to make your own here is the link to  retro mama  blog and her pattern. They are very easy to make and a quick project. Hope you had a wonderful day.
